Position
Purpose:
A
commercially driven marketer
with at least two years online gaming experience is required to work
in Betfair’s expanding Malta office.
Working
across Poker,
Casino and Games products you will be the required to drive revenue
growth by working across numerous functional business teams and
deliver on brand, exciting and efficient marketing campaigns. You
will then report back on the success of these campaigns, and seek to
continually improve the marketing output of the business.
You
will be supported by global, regional and marketing experts, as well
as industry leading business intelligence and reporting tools.
Effectively utilising this support, you will help retain, develop and
excite Betfair’s gaming customers.
Being
a good communicator and team player is essential for this role, as
well as a commercial understanding of how this business makes money
and what motivates people to play.
Key
Responsibilities / Duties:
Campaign
Planning and Delivery
Planning
and co-ordinating an ongoing programme of acquisition, cross-sell,
up-sell and reactivation campaigns.
Maximising
ROI.
Working
with Poker and Games P&L owners as well as Greek and Cyprus
Country Managers and Regional Manager to understand strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Working
with marketing functions to turn the SWOTs into customer facing
marketing campaigns.
Ensuring
that all marketing material that reaches the customer is on brand,
free of mistakes and delivered as efficiently as possible.
Making
sure marketing campaigns are supported across multiple marketing
channels for maximum exposure.
Analysis
and Improvement
Analysing
and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
Become
the operational point of escalation for all Poker & Games
marketing.
Help
analyse and improve the tools / processes that bring ideas to
market.
Communication
Understanding
and knowing playing attributes of high level players. Working with
Key Account Managers and Key players to deliver excellence in
bespoke customer relationship management.
Managing
communication between functional teams bring campaigns to market.
Manage
communication between the regional and central marketing teams.
Communicate
marketing performance to the Games P&L owners.

Working Relationships:
Working
relationships are fundamental to this role. You will need to have
excellent relationships with the Greek Marketing team, internal
marketing and functional teams.

Essential:
At
least two years online gaming experience
Native
speaker of Greek.
Excellent
