Key Responsibilities:

·         Process player and Affiliates payouts

·         Responsible for investigating and resolving queries relating to companies payment solution products and services.

·         Assess risk of cashier related transactions and prevent financial loss as a result of fraudulent behaviour.

·         Prevent fraudulently acquired funds from leaving the system.

·         Check and control the processors settlement reports.

·         Key relationships with contacts, Payment service providers and banks.

Job Skills Required:

·         4 years of experience

·         Proven track record in the industry and min 2 years with iGaming industry

·         Online payment and fraud investigation experience.
