As Poker Product Manager you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Poker. You will be responsible for generating new product ideas and enhancements to existing products and driving the development of the Poker products across all channels. The scope of management includes collecting requirements for poker room manager, affiliates, retention, cashier, and customer service.

• Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors
• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for Poker. The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams
• Create functional specifications, business cases and wire frames, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases
• Interface with business owners, execs, project management, UI, Marketing/PR and other functions to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches
• Define, track and improve key product metrics and develop tests against those metrics


Your skills and qualifications include:

• Proven online product management experience within an online gaming environment, particularly within Poker
• Proven ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications and wire frames, with an excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing online products
• Technical product management experience preferred with an understanding of client, web and other channels. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in both waterfall and agile development methodologies like scrum
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
• Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; MBA or equivalent preferred
