Our client is searching for a Head of Bingo to report directly to the COO and work in this fast paced, and highly creative company, who stay at the very leading edge of online marketing and gaming management.

The Head of Bingo will be responsible for the management and growth of the Bingo business. The successful candidate will:

• Have responsibility for the financial performance of the current Bingo business.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the rooms, CRM, resolution of escalated player issues, and VIP management.
• Management of Chat Hosts and ultimate escalation point for CS. Drive growth in the sales activity of Chat Hosts.
• Implementation of player management and CRM programs.
• Drive requirements for product and player experience development.
• Optimisation of game and room layouts/configuration. Manage the launch and promotion of new games.
• Create special promotional events and drive the development of market-leading promotional initiates.
• Responsible for all content management in the lobby and on the site.
• Provide competitive intelligence on current and potential new markets.
• Become brand champion both internally and externally.
• Monitor quality performance of CS and efficiency of payments/fraud functions.
• Work closely with acquisition teams to ensure each traffic channel is managed most appropriately from messaging, product and player experience perspectives.

Key skills/Experience:

• Expert understanding of the online bingo market, product and players.
• Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and partners.
• UK market experience.
• Fluent in English, and preferably 1 European language.
• Ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic environment.
• Experience of managing small teams, both locally and remotely.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining quality.
• Attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred.

Salary: £50k - £60k + bonus + benefits
