Our client is searching for an E-Gaming Manager whose duties will include: Overall responsibility for the e-gaming business channel Manage e-gaming business channel including casino, poker and games, including customer facing lobbys Maximise e-gaming turnover, gross margin and yield Drive continuous development and improvement of the e-gaming product to enhance the customer experience Grow a loyal e-gaming customer base through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation Manage and help to build the e-gaming team Develop and execute marketing campaigns to acquire, retain, and reactivate e-gaming customers Develop and optimise strategy and tactics for customer life cycle management, including how to acquire, retain, and reactivate e-gaming customers. Act as a point of contact for e-gaming suppliers Acquire e-gaming customers through affiliates together with affiliate marketing team Help develop and run cross-selling campaigns towards existing customer base for sportsbook and poker Help develop and run international marketing campaigns together with international marketing heads Build understanding of customer needs through analysis of customer activity and segmentation Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks Monitor the performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports to the COO Role Requirements: 3 years experience in an online casino product management role Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and principles of design Strong business acumen Strong marketing skills, including customer life-cycle management Good communication skills, written and verbal Demonstrated ability to make clear concise decisions Understanding of profit and loss accounting and budget responsibility Salary is based on experience
