Our client is looking for an Assistant Fraud & Security Manager to join this busy team.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Monitoring new account sign ups
Assist in building and training a strong team to combat the risk of fraudulent activity
Checking and verifying customer verification documents for authenticity using verification tools
Collusion and money laundering investigations
Monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions for fraudulent activity
Assist in reports and spreadsheets
Assist in staff rota, timesheets and attendance figures
Manage the team when fraud manager is out of office, vacation or business
Assist in spreadsheet reports for KPIs and bonus performance figures
Communicating with fraudsters and genuine cardholders
Monitoring poker play, identifying collusion, chip dumping and fraud utilising a number of detection and investigation techniques
Payment procedures to clients ensuring correct payment methods
Automated report checks for high deposits, underage checks, journals and credit/debit cards
Self exclusion and Duplicate accounts checking
Live fraud investigations
Chargeback reconciliation and representation
Bet line, customer services
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Fraud Management experience
Knowledge and correct procedures in all Gaming Policies
Confident with the ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Experience with egaming, casino and sportsbook fraud
A proactive attitude in improving quality and effectiveness in preventing and identifying fraud
Salary up to 23K and bonus potential to earn up to 25% of annual salary
