Following significant investment in our
Retail and Online businesses we are actively recruiting an Online Marketing
Manager for our Coral business. Reporting to the Remote Marketing Director and
working closely with the Marketing Services team, the role is responsible for
developing and implementing the annual marketing plans for the www.coral.co.uk brand.
Key accountabilities
- Effectively deploy and franchise building strategies and
plans
- Implement regular detailed plans to improve customer
acquisition, development, retention and reactivation that maintains a real
sense of momentum on www.coral.co.uk
- Provide impactful ATL marketing substantiated by robust
evidence
- Deliver an ongoing programme of effective website
promotions and offers
- Implement digital advertising strategies including PPC
and Affiliates
- Manage periodic reviews of marketing performance and
ensure strategies improve overall payback on marketing investments
- Working alongside the CRM teams, implement strategies and
plans for customer specific marketing efforts across www.coral.co.uk
- Collaborate with Trading and Operations on pricing
communications to drive profit aligned with the brand and customer perception
- Collaborate with Operations and IT to help develop
innovative new product offers or experiences for customers to help achieve
growth objectives
- Contribute to the annual planning process that delivers
the overall www.coral.co.uk strategy to
provide the company with sustainable competitive advantage
- Manage the implementation of the annual marketing plans for
www.coral.co.uk
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal
stakeholders
- Monitor online sportsbook marketing trends with the
Insight and Analytics team and ensure www.coral.co.uk
is well placed to take advantage of all opportunities
- Maximise returns on acquisition investment in affiliate
programmes, SEO and Display / PPC advertising strategies
- Develop and retain www.coral.co.uk
customers driving spend per head metrics thereby extending lifetime values
- Maximise customer profit through delivering the most
effective customer presentation of pricing strategies
- Assist in the development of new products that appeal to
customers, are competitively superior and thereby increase profits through
driving acquisition, development and retention
- Maximise online / offline opportunities to increase
customer acquisition and lifetime values
- Ensure that brand presentation is consistent and
complementary across all channels
Essential / Desirable knowledge, skills and experience
- Digital marketing experience gained within a fast paced
online retailer / entertainment site
- Proven track record of working with / developing a
recognised online brand
- Demonstrable analytical, fact-based marketing mindset
- Understanding and experience of digital acquisition
techniques including Affiliate Programmes, SEO and Display / PPC advertising
strategies
- Experience of digital retention techniques including the
use of CRM and Viral Campaigns
- Extensive understanding and experience of social media
and marketing techniques
- Extensive understanding and experience of mobile
technology and its commercial application online
- Evidence of a strong customer focused background and
mindset
- Ability to develop and build strong working relationships
with internal and third party service providers
- An interest in the gambling sector is advantageous but
the potential to be passionate about the product and experience is a necessity
- A visionary with the passion, determination and energy to
create a market leading online presence
The role is based at our Woking office which is a 10
minute walk from Woking train station.
