CRM Executive – Sports (12 month contract)

Following significant investment in our
Retail and Online businesses we are actively recruiting actively recruiting
a Sports focused Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our
marketing department. Reporting to the Senior
CRM Executive – Coral the role is responsible for acquiring, developing and
retaining Gala Coral customers.
Key accountabilities
- Assist the head of CRM in the development and
implementation of CRM activity as part of the annual marketing plans for the
Gala Coral Group’s offline & online brands
- Assist the Head of CRM in the planning and allocation of
Gala Coral’s annual CRM budget
- Use the appropriate segmentation models to drive CRM
effectiveness (working with the Insight & Analytics team)
- Work closely with the brand team to drive loyalty and
spend per head metrics thereby extending lifetime values
- Work closely with the Retail Marketing team to maximise
Gala Coral’s online / offline opportunities to increase customer acquisition,
development and retention to drive lifetime values
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with key
internal stakeholders
- Ensure all CRM campaigns are accurate and compliant with
all legislation
- Work closely with procurement to maximise supplier cost
efficiencies and campaign delivery through robust tender processes and clear
SLAs
Essential / Desirable knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience / knowledge of email marketing campaigns
advantageous
- A keen knowledge of and interest in sports betting is preferred
- Extensive understanding and experience of CRM techniques
including; segmentation and campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
- Understanding and experience of defining the customer
lifecycle and building appropriate campaigns within it
- Experience of running specific campaign checking
processes to ensure 100% accuracy
- Understanding of mobile CRM techniques
- Evidence of a strong customer focussed background
- Ability to develop and build strong working relationships
with internal and external service providers
- An interest in the gambling sector is advantageous but
the potential to be passionate about the product and experience is a necessity
The role is based at our office in Nottingham city centre
which is a 10 minute walk from Nottingham train station.
