Following significant investment in our Retail and Online businesses we are actively recruiting two Data Analysts. Reporting to the Customer Analytics Manager the role is responsible for providing consistent, accurate and concise KPI based insight and analytics in order to plan, execute and evaluate activities.

Key accountabilities

• Maintain detailed analytics on customers behaviours and transactions
• Use appropriate tracking and transactional tools to maintain accurate data
• Provide consistent, accurate and concise metric focused  KPI reporting on an ongoing basis
• Track and report on external effects that affect customer marketing campaigns and operational initiatives
• Maintain customer segmentation profiles and report on movement on a regular basis
• Assist in guiding the Brand and Marketing Services teams on appropriate customer targets, control groups and promotional responsiveness
• Ensure universal clarity is maintained in the communication of all analytics information and reporting
• Report on all customer marketing campaigns as part of a test and learn process
• Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders

Essential / Desirable knowledge, skills and experience

• Insight and Analytics experience gained within a large organisation
• Understanding and experience of complex analytics including database management, reporting and evaluation techniques
• Proven ability to bring simplicity to complexity
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong organisation skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers
• Strong attention to detail
• Evidence of a strong customer focussed background
• An interest in the gambling sector is advantageous but the potential to be passionate about the product and experience is a necessity

The role is based at our office in Nottingham city centre which is a 10 minute walk from Nottingham train station.
