Head of E-Gaming

Our client, a world leading online gaming group, is recruiting a Head of E-Gaming to develop its substantial casino, poker and games business.

Our client has a multi million pound business and employs around 300 people. The E-Gaming operation makes a valuable contribution to company revenues and, as Head of E-Gaming, you will provide inspiring leadership, creating a dynamic product and team that will drive for profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

•           Formulating E-Gaming strategy in line with wider company strategy

•           Turning the strategic goals into a tactical plan and delivering the actions on time and on budget

•           Drive all marketing and revenue generation activities to ensure all business targets are achieved

•           Drive and deliver the functional planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment and commitment to delivering planned performance

•           Responsible for the management of the E-Gaming team including objective setting, performance management and leadership

•           Drive continuous development and improvement of the E-Gaming products to enhance the customer experience

•           Ensure consistently favorable commercial agreements with all suppliers

•           Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarks

•           Monitor the performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports to the CEO

Skills & Experience:

•           Significant senior management / board level experience within the online gaming industry and experience in a similar role heading up a substantial E-Gaming business

•           Management of a fast paced business of a similar size and experience of working within a corporate structure

•           Proven ability to significantly increase profits

Salary circa 80 K plus 50% performance related bonus
