Website Operations Manager

Our client is searching for a Website Operations Manager to have a key role in the operational management team working with both internal and external partners. This role will enable the successful candidate to work with one of the strongest affiliate brands and significant resources with the aim of making a real difference to both the company and the market.

You will be the liaison between the company and its affiliate partners so you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:

•           Ensuring that all content on the portal is up-to-date, and relevant to the partner brands and site visitors.

•           Work with all marketing partners to ensure all operational processes are running efficiently.

•           Work with marketing teams to optimise site content.

•           Deliver relevant, interesting, site visitor-focussed content and reviews.

•           Manage the implementation of new marketing partners across the sites.

•           Provide competitive intelligence and research.

Skills/experience:

•           Direct experience of working on content/content management with an online portal would be preferred.

•           At least 1 year in an affiliate or affiliate management role.

•           Experience of working with 3rd parties and building strong relationships.

•           A working knowledge of html, and experience of working with a CMS.

Salary: £30k + participation in the company bonus scheme
