We are looking for a sharp-minded person who has a real passion for sports, in particular cricket & rugby union and have a good understanding of betting, its odds, and the market place. The Sports Trader role will be responsible for trading a top class sports product whilst operating within an experienced team of UK and remote based traders. Your main duties will include: * Compile and formulate odds pricing in accordance with liability parameters and prevailing market pricing. * Act on markets and customers, to monitor customer betting patterns, all to improve profitability. * Evaluate new initiatives and products to improve performance, profitability, competitive advantage and customer experience. * Execute decisions in a precise and timely manner at speed, whilst balancing multiple fast-changing inputs. * Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to maximise publicity opportunities. You will need to be very organised and have a structured approach to work and be able to manage a significant workload.
