Danish Customer Service Executive
Our client is searching for a Danish Customer Service Executive to aid in the running of this successful VIP programme.
The main responsibilities are:
• Regular phone and or email interaction with VIP clients
• Run weekly and monthly promotions
• Reactivate any lapsed VIPs
• Identify potential VIPs
• Welcome new VIPs to the programme
• Fulfil prizes and monthly promotions
• Manage all communications with Big winners
• Manage Birthday programme to VIPs
• Report weekly and monthly on key KPIs
We are looking for an individual who:
• is committed to providing excellent levels of customer service to top customers
• has excellent interpersonal skills
• has a good working knowledge of excel and other computer skills
• is native Danish speaker
Salary is based on experience
