The Retention Marketing Executive role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, intellectual and creative individual to work in a successful team as part of the Ladbrokes eGaming division. The main focus of the role will be the production of high quality marketing materials to retain and monetise the Ladbrokes databases, supporting the Retention Marketing Manager in improving the revenues for Bingo. The Executive will be supported by all the training which they may require to succeed in the role. The role: - take responsibility for and implement promotional plans for Ladbrokes Bingo to generate revenues. - provide analysis of the executed plans and utilise that analysis to guide future activity. - maintain an awareness of competitive products in the market place. - actively contribute to a dynamic, young and enthusiastic team Who we are looking for... ...a candidate who has had some form of marketing experience, be it in a professional environment or at university and who is looking to gain a greater understanding of retention marketing. They must be able to think for themselves, as well as demonstrating that they are able to work through tasks from concept to completion.
